At Hunter Chiropractic Collective, we offer over two decades of experience helping patients of all ages, including newborns, expecting mums and the elderly. In fact, our chiropractor, Dr Heidi Upneck-Nel, is a mum herself and has a passion for helping families.
She offers various adjusting techniques selected for their appropriateness for your conditions, preferences and goals. Your adjustment will always be gentle and designed specifically for you—we don’t use a “cookie-cutter” approach to care! Our primary adjusting techniques are

Heidi will conduct a thorough evaluation (she may refer you out for X-rays) and, based on the results of these assessments, she will make recommendations for your customised care plan. This will include education about things you can do to help your body heal and function better for the long term.
