Podiatry in Maitland

Podiatrists deal with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions related to the feet and legs. This focus includes the biomechanics (structure, function and movement) of your feet, knees and hips.

Each foot contains 28 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. They all have to work together so you can balance and move properly.

At Hunter Chiropractic Collective, we have a podiatrist onsite to provide our patients who need it this focused type of care.

Our Approach

We begin with a thorough assessment to accurately diagnose your condition and develop an appropriate plan of action. Based on this assessment, Dr Lowe will discuss treatment options with you.

Some patients begin chiropractic care with us, and our chiropractor determines that there is a problem that could be better addressed through podiatry. In such cases, she will refer you to Dr Lowe. However, it is not necessary to be our chiropractic patient to schedule care with Dr Lowe.
